Lusca
also known as Octo-Shark Brood Mother Queen
A building-sized shark-octopus hybrid, Level 82 City Boss, introduced live by the special event broadcast as native to the water moon Hayes 17. The AI's own description casts her as a devoted, overworked single mother who mouth-broods a vast litter of pups and needs constant food to keep them fed, occasionally trading a meal for company with a passing male. First seen closing in on the wrecked, submerged Akula with Carl's team still trapped aboard.
