Changeling Principal
First seen: Book 4, Chapter 6
A rare, cultish sect of changeling culture, per Mordecai, who compares them to floor 3's city elves but calls them more power-hungry and less apocalyptic. Obsessed with building a complete library of forms, they seek out rare creatures to touch and add to their collection, sometimes gaining special powers of their own in the bargain.
