Enchanted Anarchist's Battle Rattle
A black, sleeveless canvas jacket with a faint purple glow, one of three items from Carl's platinum Spicy box. Offers only modest protection on its own, but its real value is upgrade-patch capacity: as it stands it grants +1 to all base stats, access to the Desperado Club and the Naughty Boys Employment Agency, and +50% range and accuracy for thrown explosives, with the base stat bonus rising for every compatible patch sewn on. Not yet worn as the chapter ends; Carl still needs to attach the small Earth patch that came with it first.
