A white, pipe-and-gear-covered telescope, one of the inventions credited with giving the Dirigible Gnomes air superiority: mounted on a Gnomish Dreadnaught, it improves gravity-bomb accuracy by 75%. Found by Flint out in the dunes among wreckage from an earlier war and mounted on Skarn's rooftop. Lets its user inspect distant objects as if examining them up close; any gnome it's pointed at gets a notice they're being watched. Carl pays Skarn a gold coin to use it on the Wasteland Fortress.
