Extinction Sigil Tattoo
A small lizard-foot tattoo branded under Carl's left eye by his Platinum Asshole's Box, granted for wiping out an entire species (the Wall Monitors) in one attack. Removes automatic hostility from lizard-class creatures' natural enemies toward him, but any lizard-class mob deals 20% more damage to him, and Wall Monitors specifically deal 150% more; can only be hidden with a cover-up sleeve, which does him no good on his face.
