Master Pen Key

A key looted off the corpse of the kobold who pressed the button releasing the caged Danger Dingoes. Magically attuned to the kobold race, it opens any individual cage of both the fighters and the bait animals held within the kobold fighting pits; a non-kobold gets exactly one use out of it before it breaks.
