Larracos College of Magecraft
Ghazi's own institution back in Larracos, floor 9's capital city; he told his colleagues there he sought the Gate of the Feral Gods to study stable long-distance teleportation, a cover story for his real plan to bargain with a banished god. A governing council of scholars strips his name from its own Tome of Scholars once his summoning goes wrong.
