The Twister
First seen: Book 4, Chapter 28
Named for the first time: the party's own flying house, a balloon-suspended building Louis and Firas pilot, already in use across earlier floor-5 fighting before getting this nickname. Louis wanted to call it the Tiddy Twister II, after his own old van, but Firas and Katia talked him out of it.

History by chapter
Book 4
Chapter 28
- TAG Vehicle: The party's own balloon-suspended flying house, piloted by Louis and Firas
Chapter 29
- TAG Damaged: Its net rips apart in the new crosswinds after the bubble pops, forcing Louis and Firas to land it for repairs; the yard around it has holes and a severed main arcs water
Chapter 33
- TAG Sent to Floor 6: Loaded with changelings and sent through phase three's portal to the sixth floor without Louis or Firas, since the portal won't carry crawlers even one floor down; too many changelings to fit transform into geese and fly alongside it like a caravan
Book 5
Chapter 73
- TAG Destroyed: The Sledge crashes it into two guard turrets during the castle assault
