Broken Leash
also known as Chain Leash
First seen: Book 1, Chapter 11
A metal, chain-linked dog leash Carl grabs off a mummified corpse in the Hoarder's garbage room and loops around her throat to strangle her. Snaps mid-fight; the broken half stays wrapped around his own fist.
