Crossbow ammunition Carl pulls out of Katia's shoulder after Hekla shoots her with it, mixed in among ordinary arrows. A Phased item: invisible, and undetectable except by touch. Per its own tooltip, built for a crossbow assassin, it stacks Temporary Amnesia and Suffering Bleed onto its target, draining them down to 10% health on the first hit and 1% on a second; a victim who then dies gets logged as dying from an alternate cause, denying the shooter's target both experience credit and, if the victim is a fellow crawler, a Crawler Killer skull. Carl pulls two out of Katia; the second comes out with a splintered, broken shaft.
