THE CRAWLER'S COMPANIONpatch notes for the apocalypse

Meat Hooks Scroll

First seen: Book 2, Chapter 17

A scroll looted off Vicente's corpse, for a spell called Meat Hooks: it summons every nearby carnivorous pet-class monster away from their owners and to the source of the caster's own burning stench. It's the spell Vicente cast to lure Mongo into the ambush. Donut keeps it unread and unused on Carl's advice, since it might be useful again later.
