Looted from Commandant Kane's corpse, alongside gold and a letter from someone calling himself the Glass Wizard. Per Juice Box's earlier account, the gnomish Commandant held one of the Gate of the Feral Gods' two matching pocket watches; this is almost certainly that piece, though Carl doesn't examine it closely enough on the page to confirm it.
