Platinum Sharpening Stone
A short-shelf-life enhancement stone out of Carl's own Platinum Quest Box, meant to be rubbed onto a spiked weapon. Adds bonus damage scaling with the wielder's level plus one point to every existing stat buff already on the weapon, without creating new ones. Carl applies it to his gauntlet immediately, gaining a point each of strength and dexterity and a slightly longer, meaner-looking set of spikes.
