Adds the "Guided" status to any projectile, powered or not, usable on a wide range of crafting tables; doesn't add range on its own. Explains, after the fact, the same "Guided" tag Carl saw on the Dromedarians' own unarmed anti-air rockets back at Hump Town's gate.
