Used Vial
A potion vial dropped by a Red Cornet mid-fight, the same size and shape as a normal one but inert: it doesn't puff away on its own, and a smear of golden liquid clings to the bottom like honey rather than pouring out. Carl can't get the system to describe it and smashes it open trying, at which point it disappears the normal way, taking whatever it was with it.
