The Dispenser
The neighborhood boss Carl and Donut find while grinding outside the skyfowl settlement: a giant manta-ray-like creature that blends against a building's side and tries to drop on passersby. Donut's new Acute Ears skill catches it lurking before it can ambush them; killed in under a minute using a new play, The Boomy Boy.
