Miss Quill
Per her own husband Remex's account, told after her death: granddaughter of a skyfowl royal family, working her whole life toward completing The Final War, a three-generation heirloom spell meant to reclaim the Over City for the skyfowl. It was Featherfall's own idea, not hers, to resurrect her dead husband Remex as a soul capacitor to give himself the extra soul power to subjugate the settlement's swordsmen; Quill agreed to help him cast it, knowing full well it would trap Remex between life and death, then let Featherfall die in the spell's feedback rather than warn him, since his death put her fully in charge. Recruited the missing women through the elf temple and had them turned into krasue to guard her while she cast the spell's later, more dangerous stages. Confirmed dead in the blast Carl and Donut set for Featherfall; everything in this profile comes secondhand, through Remex.

No known associates. Loners have historically excellent odds. That was sarcasm.
