A caprid, goat-like species Mordecai credits with inventing the modern tunneling system a few hundred seasons back, the proprietary tech behind near-universal, real-time broadcast communication. Before it, signal had to route through wormholes and could lag by up to a year depending on where a viewer lived, with only the Syndicate's own center system watching live. The Iron Tangle's Pooka, who hand out addictive vials to mobs, are this floor's own deliberately unflattering caricature of them.
