THE CRAWLER'S COMPANIONpatch notes for the apocalypse

201st Security Group Uniform

First seen: Book 2, Chapter 17

The black button-up shirt Carl strips off Vicente's headless corpse, cut like a military ODU and eerily similar to Carl's own old Coast Guard uniform. Carries two patches: a hand-sewn shoulder patch (crossed lightning bolt and wand grasped by a talon, with a tree behind it) reading '201st Security Group - Magical Ops,' and a machine-stitched nameplate reading 'Vicente.' No rank insignia or army affiliation anywhere on it. Carl keeps it to show Mordecai.
