Gordo
The Bopca Protector running The Belly-Rubbed Pug, the first safe room Carl and Donut actually stop at on floor 3. Demands Mordecai 'sheath his sword immediately' the second he teleports in with his pants down, and delivers the chapter's own verdict on their manager once he passes out drunk on the floor.

Unknowingly drinks a potion Mordecai mixes for him, meant to restore his "dignity"; it knocks him out cold overnight while Mordecai raids his kitchenB2C8
Orders him to "sheath his sword immediately," calling the tavern a family establishment, the moment he teleports in with his pants downB2C4
Refuses her demand for breakfast and a brushing on waking, hungover, telling her to hold her horses and brush herself; complains he hasn't felt like himself since she and Carl arrivedB2C8

No known associates. Loners have historically excellent odds. That was sarcasm.
